Responsibilities
- Review BI payment data hourly and highlight to command center agent not transacting real time
- Review transactions weekly and highight anny delivery service agents depositing cash in their trills for action
- Review transactions weekly and highlight any delivery service agents splitting MPESA codes for action
Qualifications
- At least college certificate/diploma
- Basic computer literacy
- Good Communication skills
