    Sales Manager – Distribution Business (Construction Chemicals)

    • This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in distribution-led sales models, hands-on experience managing distributors, dealers, and retail partners, and deep knowledge of the construction chemicals ecosystem.
    • As Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding market presence across Nairobi and beyond by driving primary and secondary sales, strengthening distributor performance, increasing retail visibility, and supporting contractors, applicators, and project clients with the right technical solutions.

    Key focus areas include:

    • Developing and expanding distributor and dealer networks
    • Driving sales performance across key construction chemical product categories
    • Enhancing product visibility, merchandising, and retail engagement
    • Supporting technical demos, site trials, and application guidance
    • Leading, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing sales team
