    Finance Manager – Chemical Construction Industry

    • This role goes beyond traditional finance management. It requires a strategic thinker who can provide commercial and decision-support insights across project-based and distribution-led sales models, while ensuring full compliance with IFRS standards and Kenyan regulatory requirements.

    The successful candidate will play a critical role in:

    • Driving financial planning, budgeting, and long-term forecasting
    • Providing margin, pricing, and profitability insights to support business growth
    • Strengthening cash-flow management, credit control, and liquidity planning
    • Ensuring compliance with KRA requirements (VAT, PAYE, Corporate Tax)
    • Supporting large-scale project evaluations, tenders, and financial modeling
    • Leading and developing a high-performing finance and accounts team
    • Partnering closely with sales, operations, supply chain, and regional finance teams
