Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
• Customer relationship management
• Planning and developing local market
• Execute master supply agreement along with KYC
• Ensuring achieving sales target

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or sales and marketing. Diploma is an added advantage.

Experience

• 8-10 years of experience in sales at senior positions. Minimum 5 in plastic packaging company.
• Knowledge of east africa market
