Sales & Marketing Executive at Freds Ranch and Resort

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing executive at Fred’s Ranch & Resort in Isinya. The Sales & Marketing executive responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue growth by proactively identifying and pursuing business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and promoting the resort’s services and facilities to prospective guests and corporate clients

Experience requirements

Minimum of 2 -3 years of experience in sales & marketing in the hospitality industry

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant sales technologies • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
