Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition

• Identify and approach potential clients across hospitality, retail, events, and entertainment sectors.
• Deliver strong product presentations and demos to business owners and managers.
• Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
• Conduct field visits, in-person demos, and online presentations.
• Maintain relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.

Marketing & Lead Generation

• Assist in creating and posting marketing content (social media, WhatsApp, email outreach).
• Participate in marketing campaigns.
• Work with the Business Developer to bring in steady inbound leads.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and opportunities.

Client Onboarding & Support

• Onboard new clients and train them on how to use our products.
• Ensure smooth activation by coordinating with the internal technical team.
• Follow up to ensure successful usage and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (hospitality, tech, or retail preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable meeting business owners.
• Basic tech understanding (we will train you on our platforms).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to hit targets.
• Experience selling software, digital products, or B2B solutions is an advantage.
