Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Representative to drive sales, develop customer relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the FMCG sector, strong selling skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
• Identify and pursue new business and sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, distributors, and other business partners.
• Promote and sell FMCG products to existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, pricing, visibility, and competitor activities.
• Ensure products are adequately stocked and well displayed at retail outlets.
• Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate with customers and support the expansion of the company\'s distribution network.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market visits.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and merchandising activities.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding customer accounts where applicable.
• Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally in the market.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience in FMCG sales and marketing is required.
• Strong knowledge of the retail and FMCG market.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and conduct regular field visits.
• A valid driving licence is an added advantage.
