    Sales Operations Lead

    Job Summary:

    • Responsible for administrative operations, invoicing, and customer accounts, with strong system usage (SAP), while coordinating back-office teams and working closely with production and dispatch to ensure timely order release.

    Key Duties:

    • Administrative operations and documentation
    • Invoicing and customer account management
    • Managing and coordinating back-office/administrative teams
    • Close coordination with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order release

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
    • 5–8 years’ experience in sales operations or sales administration leadership
    • Strong SAP / ERP experience and advanced Excel reporting capability.
    • Strong coordination, analytical, and leadership skills.
