Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist students, staff, and visitors courteously
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails
• Provide accurate information about university departments and services
• Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
• Handle correspondence and basic administrative tasks
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional
• Support administrative staff when required

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration, Secretarial
• Studies, or related field (an advantage)
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, email)
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Experience

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front-office role is an advantage
