    Clerical Officer - 2 Posts

    Requirements for appointment
    For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

    • Be a Kenyan Citizen;
    • A minimum work experience of one (1) year in a busy office;
    • Certificate in Human Resource Management, Records Management, Business Administration or its equivalent from recognised institution; and
    • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean grade C- (minus) or equivalent qualification.

    • The candidates should apply by downloading and filling application for employment form available on our website www.kisumu.go.ke or www.cpsb.kisumu.go.ke.
    • Hard copies of application for employment form, national ID, academic and professional certificates should be physically delivered in a sealed envelope addressed to the undersigned, indicating the position applied for on top of the envelope to Kisumu County Public Service Board Offices, Okore Road Milimani during working hours on or before 16th October,2026 at 5.00p.m.
    • Those with foreign Degrees should have them authenticated by the Commission for University Education (CUE). In addition, during the interview, they will be required to submit their academic certificates authenticated by the issuing Institutions to the Board.
