    Sales Person

    • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Preferred: Diploma or certificate in Sales, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, hardware, or building supplies.
    • Familiarity with construction sites, contractors, and building processes is a strong advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of construction materials (e.g., cement, steel, timber, plumbing, electrical supplies).
    • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Physically fit to visit construction sites.
    • Willingness to travel or work extended hours when necessary.
