• 5 years (with at least 3 years in Sales & Product Development)

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related field
• Proven experience in product development and agricultural sales
• Strong market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
• Valid Kenyan driving license Key

Responsibilities

• Sales Growth: Drive sales and product visibility through demos and trials.
• Market Engagement: Promote Royal Seed products and boost farmer adoption.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor sales, analysis trends, and report progress.
• Program Development: Roll out new product and market initiatives.
• Collaboration: Work with Marketing, R&D, and Technical teams to optimize results.
• Teamwork: Support company goals through strong cross-functional cooperation.
