Retainer: KES 20,000 per month + Sales Commission

Job Summary

• We are looking for an energetic, confident, and results-oriented Sales Promoter / Merchandiser to promote and sell our client\'s products in retail outlets in Karen. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, increasing product visibility, driving sales, and maintaining good relationships with retail customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and actively sell the client\'s products to customers.
• Engage customers, explain product features and benefits, and respond to inquiries.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure products are well displayed, properly arranged, and adequately stocked.
• Monitor product availability, pricing, and visibility within retail outlets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and retail outlet staff.
• Identify opportunities to increase product sales and market penetration.
• Collect customer feedback and provide regular reports to the supervisor.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and product placement.
• Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and stock movement.
• Ensure the assigned retail area is clean, organized, and professionally presented.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, merchandising, retail, FMCG, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and persuasive personality.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the Karen and surrounding retail market is an added advantage.
• Must be willing to work in retail outlets and interact with customers throughout the day.

Remuneration

Retainer: KES 20,000 per month + attractive sales commission based on performance.
