The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales, engaging with customers both physically and virtually, and ensuring revenue growth. Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through walk-ins, referrals, and online inquiries.
• Engage customers with in-depth product knowledge to drive sales conversions.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, concerns, and queries.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Team Leader.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge to better position Urban Arts in the market.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (an added advantage).
• Proven experience in sales or customer service (experience in retail, furniture, household goods, or related industries is a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with sales targets and deliver results under minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Basic computer literacy
