Sales Representative at Royal Mabati Factory

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Must hold a valid and active driving license with a clean driving record.

Key Competencies

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience preferred, especially in manufacturing or construction sectors.
• Familiarity with GPS, route planning, and the Kenyan road network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Identify new customers and grow existing accounts within the assigned territory.
• Conduct market visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
• Process orders and coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Deliver samples and occasionally assist in order deliveries, particularly in remote areas.
• Drive safely to client locations while adhering to traffic and company policies.
• Collect payments and follow up on outstanding credit balances.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and submit periodic sales reports.
• Participate in marketing activations, exhibitions, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Share market intelligence and customer feedback with the team to support continuous improvement.
