Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Associate (COMMISSION BASED) role located in Nairobi. The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling our financial products, reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role will involve on-site interactions and active engagement with customers.

Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
- Diploma in any business course; a degree in Business Administration or related field is beneficial
