Security Supervisor at Nexus Staffing Solutions

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the safety and security operations of their premises in Naromoru. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience managing a team of guards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate security guards on duty.
• Ensure the safety of people, property, and assets within the premises.
• Prepare daily security reports and incident logs.
• Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and spot checks.
• Enforce company security procedures and discipline among guards.
• Liaise with management and relevant authorities in case of emergencies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum KCSE Certificate; additional training in security management is an added advantage.
• 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory role within the security industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
• Must be disciplined, alert, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle security incidents professionally
