Senior Administration Officer at Kenya Nuclear Regulatory Authority ( KNRA)

For appointment to this Grade, a candidate must have:

• A minimum period of four (4) years relevant work experience;
• Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: -Public/Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Political Science or any other relevant and equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;
• Proficiency in computer applications; and
• Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Advising the Authority on all administrative purposes.
• Developing of policies and procedures for administrative purposes.
• Fleet management
• Sourcing for insurances for building and vehicle maintenance and servicing.
• Overseeing vehicle maintenance and servicing.
• Sourcing and management of cleaning and security services
• Ensuring maintenance of office buildings and equipment.
• Overseeing provision of registry services.
• Ensure proper custody of office and motor vehicle keys
• Supervision of support staff and other staff.
• Facilitate and oversee hospitality servicers both in the office and for conference/meetings
