Senior Audit Manager

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading day-to-day management of audit assignments
- Guiding and mentoring audit teams to meet top-tier quality standards
- Developing strategies to address technical challenges
- Supporting business development activities
- Ensuring alignment with local and international audit standards (ICPAK, MGI Worldwide, FRC)
- Promoting professional skepticism and ethical decision-making
You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- CPA-K certification
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role
- Proven expertise in external audit and assurance engagements
- Strong knowledge of risk-based auditing, controls, and audit software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A high level of attention to detail and integrity
