Senior Business Development Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya for a Senior Business Development Manager. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance market presence, and negotiating contracts. The role requires regular interactions with stakeholders, monitoring industry trends, and providing leadership to the business development team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications
- Strong Business Development and Client Relationship Management skills
- Experience in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Contract Negotiation
- Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the construction industry and modular building solutions is a plus
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
