Senior Financial Analyst at R4Kenya

Responsibilities: 

•  Develop pricing strategies and conduct pricing analysis to optimize revenue and profit margins.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends and insights to drive business decisions.
• Build financial models to support business planning and forecasting.
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and business initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis capabilities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business objectives are being met.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of business acumen and understanding of e-commerce industry trends and dynamics.
