    Senior Financial Analyst

    Seal Advisory Limited is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to lead financial modeling, valuations, and strategic advisory for diverse clients and high-impact transactions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and validate financial models (DCF, LBO, M&A)
    • Lead due diligence and transaction execution
    • Develop investor materials (pitch decks, teasers, information memoranda)
    • Provide strategic insights on capital structure, market trends, and risk
    • Collaborate with senior management and clients to inform financial decisions

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
    • Professional certifications such as CFA, ACA, or CIFA are an added advantage
    • 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or financial advisory
    • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and valuation methods (IFRS/GAAP, multiples, precedent transactions)
