Main Responsibilities

• Lead and build the annual GTM/ performance marketing strategy and acquisition roadmap for the product(s) and neobank
• Work with cross functional teams to drive implementation of the strategies & operations (channels/ platforms/ budget etc)
• Complete ownership of marketing budget to deliver against revenue goals and marketing KPI's
• Create, manage and deliver marketing campaigns across different stages of the user-journey (awareness, acquisition, retention) and channels (paid, owned and earned media) to drive the targets and KPI's
• Work closely with all agency partners (Media, Creative, CRM) and drive thought leadership
• Deliver brand leadership and customer advocacy with a digital-first approach
• Analyse marketing performance data across platforms (FB/ IG/ TT/Google/ Adobe) to monitor

Skills and Qualification’s

• 5+ years of work experience in an explosive growth marketing position
• Strong inter-personal, presentation and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
• A natural storyteller who can take complex subject matters and simplify them for any audience.
• A growth-minded individual that can adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment in an emerging industry who enjoys solving complex and challenging problems.
• Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward under tight timelines
• Experience in leading a team
• Brand and digital marketing experience with Banking/Fintech/Super APPs/Start-Ups/ Technology/ Consumer Electronics/ Ecommerce/ etc
• Strong growth track record with results of past campaigns.
• Working Knowledge of basic MarTech and AdTech stack across platforms and channels
