Mandatory Requirements

which should have been in the grade of Hospitality Assistant I or in a comparable position;

• Diploma in any of the following disciplines: Hotel Management; Housekeeping and Front Office Management, Housekeeping and laundry operations, Hospitality Management or a related qualification from a recognized institution;
• Membership to a relevant professional body and in good standing where applicable;
• Proficiency in computer applications; and
• Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
