Job Purpose Statement
The Senior Manager, Ecosystem Banking & Liabilities will be responsible for growth of the Commercial & SME Banking business through Ecosystem solutions, with a focus on CASA growth. This role will therefore require an entrepreneurial mindset, expertise in business growth, product solutioning and successful rollouts in the market. The role requires a good knowledge in SME digital products, CASA growth ideation and strategic target market penetration with the Ecosystem product suite. To offer clear direction, effective leadership, and collaborative coaching to the assigned team, while fostering growth by promoting a high-performance culture.
Experience in the business side of project management & delivery will be an added advantage.
