Job Purpose Statement

This position is responsible for designing, developing and implementing innovative RPA solutions that can enhance business productivity and maximize efficiency. It also involves understanding the business and its challenges, functionally outlining a solution to the identified use cases and then developing the required solutions.

Key Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities)

Financial 10%

•  Analyze business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated to save on cost.
•  Manage cost cutting initiatives to adhere to the set Business process budget

Internal business processes 60%

•  Analyze new process automation candidates, quickly  assessing feasibility and accurately estimate development effort
• Configure new processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
•  Apply RPA workflow design best practices when developing or maintaining workflows
• Create and document test cases for negative scenarios, in order to document workflow behavior when certain systems malfunction, as well as performance scenarios, in order to stress test systems behavior
•  Review workflows developed by other RPA Developers to ensure compliance with internal control / security / audit requirements
•  Support the operational teams by staging and deploying automation solutions into test and production environments and providing post-production support.
•  Provide maintenance to production workflows by ensuring second level support for workflow incidents; investigate reported errors, agree on error severity and propose resolution
• For workflow support tasks, respect SLAs agreed with business for workflow downtime
• Report issues to third level support (RPA vendor) if incidents cannot be solved by the internal team; ensure development fix, unit testing and production deployment preparation
• Configure enhancements /change requests to already automated processes
•  Work directly with business teams to support various projects and solutions.
• Assisting in collecting and identifying functional requirements
•  Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future development
• Design technical specification documents for RPA Projects
•  Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
•  Prepare and provide regular and accurate progress reports for tracking and decision-making.

Customer 20%

•  Build and maintain positive working relationships with all levels of staff.
•  Drive for the customer experience organization metrics to be achieved through the implementation of process efficiency initiatives

Learning and growth 10%

•  Be self-driven and directed, build own skill and effectiveness, presentation and stake holder management 
•  Take courses to improve relevant skills required to perform the role optimally

Job Specifications

Academic: 

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized accredited university.

Professional:

• Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence
•  Process modelling experience using MS Visio/any other tool
•  Mastery of automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism
• Experience with Databases, such as SQL

Desired work experience:

•  Minimum 3 years of hands on development experience relevant professional experience in banking or financial services sector.

Job Purpose Statement

As part of the global Markets leadership team, you are to drive the evolution of Global Markets FX client franchise and oversee the Global Markets sales strategy and effort across a range of institutional, corporate and retail clients. Apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge, industry expertise and business acumen to develop market risk management solutions to clients covering FX, interest rates and capital market products offerings.

This entails ensuring a strategic and a coordinated sales focus on servicing the treasury needs of both existing and new clients with the aim of maximizing profitability for the bank.

To provide product support to the Global Markets Sales staff, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of regulatory conduct and compliance practices as defined by internal and external requirements.

This includes compliance with the local banking laws, other applicable laws and anti-money laundering regulations and guidelines. Regularly assume leadership roles within teams and involved in coaching and training of new recruits.

Ideal Job Specifications
Academic:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM- Financial Risk Manager, ACIAssociation Cambiste Internationale) is an added advantage.

Desired work experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial markets, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within treasury,sales, orstructuring teams.
• Proven expertise in foreign exchange, derivatives, and structured financial products.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and experience in risk management and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic client relationships and drive revenue growth in global markets.
• Track record of leading high-performing teams and executing successful sales strategies.

Job Purpose Statement

The purpose of this job is the management and implementation of legislative / regulatory compliance risk frameworks within the standards defined by the Group including risk identification, assessment, measurement, monitoring and reporting of legislative/compliance risk and enforcing compliance with policies and procures and controls.

Job Purpose Statement

The purpose of the role is to manage the implementation of a robust credit management framework within the SME Credit Approvals unit. The holder will be responsible for making decisions on SME lending proposals as per delegated authority, and in line with the Credit Risk Management policy and the SME Product Guideline.
The primary accountabilities will include managing a quality SME loan portfolio and minimizing potential losses through provisions.
The job function will also be expected to provide leadership to a team of assistant managers and/ or officers, and establish a conducive work environment that contributes to staff satisfaction with attention to team development and productivity.

Job Specifications

Academic:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a bias in Commerce, Accounting, Economics or Finance.
• An MBA or Masters’ degree will be an added advantage.

Professional:

• Professional accounting qualification i.e. CPA or ACCA
• Qualifications in Credit Management and Analysis (those pursuing will be considered)

Desired work experience:

• 6 years’ banking experience with at least 3 years covering Credit Analysis and Credit Risk Management.
• Knowledge of various Bank departmental functions i.e. Corporate, Asset Finance, Consumer, SME, IB, Business Remedial Management, Operations, Trade Finance, Treasury, and Credit Operations (including Securities and Credit Administration).

Job Purpose Statement

The Senior Manager, Ecosystem Banking & Liabilities will be responsible for growth of the Commercial & SME Banking business through Ecosystem solutions, with a focus on CASA growth. This role will therefore require an entrepreneurial mindset, expertise in business growth, product solutioning and successful rollouts in the market. The role requires a good knowledge in SME digital products, CASA growth ideation and strategic target market penetration with the Ecosystem product suite. To offer clear direction, effective leadership, and collaborative coaching to the assigned team, while fostering growth by promoting a high-performance culture.
Experience in the business side of project management & delivery will be an added advantage.
