Are you involved in the design and development of talent solutions? Do you have proven track record of managing mid-level to senior level recruitments? Do you consider yourself a coach/mentor? Is Learning and Development (L&D) and /or talent management your niche? If your answer to all these questions is yes, and you have experience in International NGO’s or multinational organizations, our client is looking for you!
This position is responsible for developing end-to-end talent and talent management strategy with a particular focus on future talent, employer brand, and building a talent framework that supports succession planning. It will pull together multiple strands of the people strategy and drive the talent development agenda forward to shape and embed a high-performance culture.
