As a Senior Office Manager for our Nairobi HQ, you'll wear multiple hats. From tech problem-solver to design maestro to productivity ninja, you will-

• Make our HQ both visually stunning and a productivity powerhouse. Think ergonomic bliss, seamless tech flow, and supplies appearing like magic.
• Be the communication rock-star, keeping our teams updated on events, visitors, and plans. 
• Think like a chess player, identifying workflow bottlenecks before they arise and implementing proactive fixes from conference room capacity issues to printer problems. 
• Inspire and guide our local admin team, fostering a positive, collaborative atmosphere where everyone shines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Managing the office operations of a multinational or diverse team is a must.
• Ability to identify potential and optimize spaces for both aesthetics and functionality.
• You speak the language of tech and human needs fluently.
