Job Purpose
The Job holder will be responsible for performing all activities related to Recruitment such as interviewing, selection, salary negotiation, preparing Job offers and on boarding process by providing quality recruitment services to the new & existing staff as per the Bank’s policy and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
All above accountabilities include but are not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.
