Senior Superintending Engineer (Structural) at Nakuru County Government

Job Requirements

• Served in the grade of Senior Engineer (Structural) or comparable and relevant position in the public service for at least three (3) years;
• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized Institution.
• Been registered by the Engineers Registration Board of Kenya;
• Demonstrated general administrative ability required for direction, control and implementation of structural programs including supervision of professional and technical staff; and
• Show merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.

Job Description

• Planning, structural design for buildings, civil and marine works and other structures;
• Supervision of construction works;
• General administration of projects;
• Preparation of tender documents and cost estimates for civil, structural and marine works; and
• Supervise staff working in the unit and structural staff under him/her.
