Front Desk & Communication Management - Provide professional customer service, manage walk-ins, calls, and accurately handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Facilities, Housekeeping & Boardroom Management - Ensure cleanliness, hygiene standards, timely issue resolution, and availability of meeting rooms, equipment, stationery, and refreshments.
Stationery & Cost Control - Manage stationery inventory, maintain accurate records, review expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
Canteen & Food Services Management - Oversee food quality, hygiene, water provision, staff performance, supplier invoices, and ensure canteen operations remain within budget.
HR Administrative Support - Support HR procurement, supplier payments, staff attendance tracking, hygiene audits, and logistics for HR-led engagement activities.
QUALIFICATION
Diploma in Front office or Customer service or related administrative courses.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
