This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Systems Implementer located in Nairobi County, Kenya. As a Senior Systems Implementer, you will be responsible for the design and deployment of new systems, as well as the automation of operational processes. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing business requirements, implementing software solutions, providing technical support, and conducting training for end-users.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills and Information Systems knowledge
Experience in Software Implementation and Technical Support
Ability to provide training and support to end-users
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience in project management is a plus
