Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Systems Implementer located in Nairobi County, Kenya. As a Senior Systems Implementer, you will be responsible for the design and deployment of new systems, as well as the automation of operational processes. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing business requirements, implementing software solutions, providing technical support, and conducting training for end-users.

• Experience in Software Implementation and Technical Support
• Ability to provide training and support to end-users
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
