Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Secondary school graduate.
• A college certificate or diploma is an added advantage.
• Experience Period: 2 years

Primary
Responsibilities

1. Promote the products which include, for example:
   1. Display the products in a sophisticated manner.
   2. Explain and demonstrate the products to the customers so that they understand the features and advantages of the products.
   3. Create articles to introduce the products on the website of the showroom.
   4. Help customers with any queries to ensure all customers visiting the showroom are happy and the showroom is well attended.
2. Collect the feedback on the products, which includes for example:
   1. Keep records of the number of visitors and their basic profile.
   2. Take a survey on the customers' feedback on the products.
   3. Report the feedback in the instructed format.
3. Contribute to the organized and efficient operation of the showroom, which includes for example:
4. Maintain the showroom premises neat, organized and clean.
5. Ensure that the displayed items are not damaged.
6. Be punctual.
7. Follow the manager’s instructions and assist other showroom staff to be a team player

Candidate Specific

Academic Qualifications:

• Secondary school graduate.
• A college certificate preferably in customer service, or sales & marketing is welcomed.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-year experience
• Experience in sales or as store personnel is preferable.

Skills:

• High Customer Orientation
• Ability to learn the products, features and the brand and explain those to the visitors.
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Computer knowledge is a requirement.
