Site Safety & Administration Officer at JASBEL Energy

 Education & Professional Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Occupational Safety & Health, or related field.
• Certification in Occupational Safety & Health (OSHA, NEBOSH, or KPSF Safety training) is highly desirable.
• Experience Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR, administration, or safety roles, preferably in construction or industrial projects.
• Practical experience in site safety, labour management, and administrative coordination.
• Experience supervising site housekeeping and security personnel is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and safety regulations in Kenya.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently on site and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic HR software.
