Requirements for Appointment

• Be a Kenyan Citizen;
• At least 18 years of age and above;
• Be in possession of a National Identification Card;
• Minimum of Secondary School certificate;
• Certificate in Food Production, Food & Beverage Production/Service/Sales (≥1 year);
• Valid health certificate from a recognized institution;
• Experience in food and beverage preparation;
• Observant of hygiene and safety standards;
• Disciplined and able to manage kitchen supplies efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals to clients;
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas;
• Ensure safe storage and handling of foodstuffs;
• Support catering needs during events and conferences;
• Keep daily records of meals served and food stocks;
• Perform any other duty assigned by the caterer.
