What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the company’s presence on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok
• Develop engaging content across formats (text, visuals, video) that reflects the brand voice
• Craft and distribute company newsletters to key audiences
• Stay current with trends in digital marketing, construction, and real estate
• Collaborate with internal teams and creative partners to execute campaigns
• Analyze performance data and optimize content strategy accordingly

What We’re Looking For:

• A background in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media
• Hands-on experience managing professional social media accounts
• Excellent content creation and storytelling abilities
• Familiarity with tools for social media analytics, scheduling, and content design
