Social Media Executive at Family Media

About the Role

• As our Social Media Executive, you will develop and run our social media strategy, create engaging content and keep our audience connected to what God is doing through Family Media. You will work closely with presenters, producers and other teams to make sure our message and branding stay consistent across every platform.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement social media strategies that grow visibility and engagement on Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms
• Shoot and edit photos and videos, and create posts, graphics and other multimedia content, working closely with producers
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages and questions, and encourage participation
• Plan, execute and manage social media campaigns that drive awareness and traffic
• Track performance (engagement, followers, reach, clicks and conversions) and prepare daily and weekly reports with insights for management
• Keep up with social media trends and suggest new ways to improve our content and engagement
• Work with other departments to keep messaging and branding consistent
• Take on other duties within your capability as assigned from time to time

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is an added advantage
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a good eye for visual content
• Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Instagram Insights
• Experience with content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Creative, innovative and results-oriented, with strong organisation and attention to detail
• A genuine passion for the Christian faith and values aligned with Family Media
