    • Optimize posts with hashtags (#SemaUkweli #JusticeForAll), tags, and calls to action.

Community Engagement & Crisis Response (20%)

    • Monitor and respond to comments and DMs in real time, escalating sensitive issues to the Producer/Editor.
    • Track and report weekly engagement metrics (likes, shares, reach) to refine content strategy.
    • Lead rapid response for breaking news (e.g., police brutality, corruption exposés).

    Team Collaboration & Reporting (10%)

    • Liaise with activists and citizen journalists to source grassroots stories as well as monitor social media for any stories shared via the hotline.
    • Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights for senior leadership.

    Tools & Workflow

    • Primary Tools: Meta Business Suite, X, TikTok, Repositories, Signal/WhatsApp.
    • Approval Process: All posts require sign-off from the producer/editor to ensure legal and editorial compliance.
