The Social Worker will provide comprehensive case management services with a particular focus on children, adolescent mothers, women, and the elderly. The role will ensure timely identification, reporting, follow-up, and referral of cases involving child protection, adolescent mothers, and sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV), while offering psychosocial support to survivors and their families. The Social Worker will act as a link between The Maa Trust, CHP Talek Health Centre, the community, and statutory agencies, ensuring adherence to the reporting procedures of Narok West Sub-County.
