• Create captivating Solution Architect Design Documents, utilizing their template for all new and existing solutions What it takes to succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus
• Proven experience (minimum 8 years) as a Solution Architect, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of digital banking processes, core banking systems, payment gateways, and digital channels (web, mobile, API)
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, and experience with architectural modeling tools
• Demonstrated expertise in designing scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions using cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Proficiency in programming languages and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, RESTful APIs).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
