The instructors will be teaching special classes like Zumba / Aqua Zumba, Salsa, Rhumba, Yoga, Spin, Taekwondo, Pilates, Aerobics, Cross-fit, Acapella, Barre, Aqua Aerobics and or any other Wellness classes.
The instructor works towards creating excellence in the Fitness Centre reporting directly to the UNWC Manager
Responsible for preparing the indoor/outdoor space prior to the class, by ensuring the space is ready/equipped and suitable for use by the clients
Promoting fitness classes to both members and non-members for purposes of increasing or sustaining membership
Have a client database or profile in his record for purposes of reference.
Advice clients on health and fitness related matters.
Perform other related duties as required. Events Facilitation:
Plan, organize, and facilitate fitness-related events, workshops, and wellness activities.
Coordinate with the events team to manage logistics and event promotion.
Assist in developing marketing materials, schedules, and event content that engage and inspire clients.
Collaborate with the event team to ensure successful event execution.
Gather feedback from participants to improve future events and fitness programs
Qualifications/special skills
High School Certificate is required. Certificate in Zumba / Aqua Zumba, Salsa, Rhumba, Yoga, Spin, Taekwondo, Pilates, Aerobics, Cross-fit, Acapella, Barre, Aqua Aerobics is required.
A minimum of 2 years' experience from a reputable organization/setting is required in teaching Zumba / Aqua Zumba, Salsa, Rhumba, Yoga, Spin, Taekwondo, Pilates, Aerobics, Cross-fit, Acapella, Barre, Aqua Aerobics.
Qualifications and knowledge of fitness and products and equipment is required.
