Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and management for all sports and physical education activities.
• Develop and implement sports programs, training plans, and schedules aligned with the school’s vision.
• Identify and nurture student talent, preparing learners for internal and external competitions.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a healthy lifestyle among students.
• Ensure effective management of sports facilities, equipment, and resources.
• Build partnerships with sports organizations, federations, and community stakeholders to enhance opportunities for learners.
• Mentor and support sports coaches and staff to align with institutional goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sports management, coaching, or physical education within a school or similar setting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for nurturing young talent and promoting a culture of discipline and excellence.
