    Supervisor, Covert Investigations (Integrity Testing & Rapid Response)

    Department: Intelligence & Strategic Operations

    Division: Internal Affairs Division

    Section: Internal Investigations

    Reports to: Assistant Manager, Covert Investigations 

    Responsible for: 

    Investigations of corruption, fraud and other related unethical behaviour perpetuated by the staff.

    Tasks and outputs:

    • Undertaking integrity testing /operation meant to disrupt corruption activities and unethical behaviour by the staff.
    • Implementation of intelligence to guide investigation, integrity testing and rapid response operations.
    • Compilation of investigation reports arising from the operations.
    • Presentation of cases before disciplinary committee/ Courts
    • Compilation of periodical reports

    Skills required:

       Minimum qualifications

    • A degree from a recognize university
    • Training in investigation of corruption, economic crimes/ fraud risk management
    • Training in intelligence/surveillance will be an added advantage.

      Minimum years of experience

    • At least  3 years’ experience in corruption/fraud/economic crimes investigations

    • Excellent decision making and capabilities
    • High level of integrity
    • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
    • Motivated, dynamic and dedicated team player
