Mandatory Requirements

For appointment to this grade an Officer must have:
- At least three (3) years relevant work experience in the grade of Swimming Pool Attendant III or in a comparable position;
- Certificate in Lifeguarding and Swimming Instructor, Swimming Pool Treatment or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- CPR/First Aid Certificate Course lasting at least one week from a recognized institution;
- Proficiency in computer applications; and
- Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
