• Communication/ Story-telling - Should be able to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
• Project Management skills
• Negotiation/ Persuasion: should posses good negotiation skills
• Leadership: Can lead a team or have experience leading a team

REQUIRED BACKGROUND

• +2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Coaching, Sales, etc.
• Psychology/ Coaching background is a plus
