A successful candidate will:
Serve as the Manager of the overall Country Office human resources function, ensuring a healthy work environment where staff are facilitated to live out the organization’s culture and Heartbeat values. In alignment with regional and global HR strategy, the Talent and Culture Manager (TCM) will develop and implement the country HR strategy, support FH organizational priorities and build HR team capacity. The TCM will be instrumental in all change management processes and will actively seek to reduce risk through appropriate policy development and implementation per labour law and NGO considerations.
