    Talent Manager

    About the Role:

    • Our client, a leader employer in Kenya is seeking a passionate and results-driven Talent Manager who will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing its talent.

    Job Description:

    • As a Talent Manager at [Your Company Name], you will play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of our talented individuals while contributing to the success and growth of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing talent across various domains, ensuring they reach their full potential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Talent Acquisition: Identify and recruit exceptional talent that aligns with our organization's vision and values. Conduct interviews, auditions, and talent assessments to evaluate candidates.
    • Talent Development: Create and execute personalized talent development plans. Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Talent Representation: Act as the liaison between talents and our organization. Negotiate contracts, deals, and endorsements to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
    • Career Management: Develop long-term career strategies for talents. Monitor and guide their career trajectories, making strategic decisions to maximize their potential.
    • Talent Retention: Implement strategies to retain and motivate talents. Address concerns, grievances, and conflicts as they arise to maintain a positive working environment.
    • Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and emerging talents. Identify opportunities for collaboration or acquisition.
    • Data-Driven Decisions: Maintain meticulous records of talent contracts, performances, and achievements. Utilize data and analytics to assess talent performance and inform decision-making.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field.
    • Proven experience in talent management or a related role.
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its trends.
    • Familiarity with contract law and negotiation.
    • Organizational and time management skills.
    • Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
