Team Leader at Northwave Credit Ltd

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Credit Administrator Officer (CAO); the Team Leader will be responsible for generating Logbook loans, recruiting Agents and new business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Have minimum of logbook loan portfolio of Kshs.10 million in previous / current work.
2. Have a minimum of Five (5) Sales Agents who are well trained and performers in the sales field.
3. Provide day-to-day key technical skills that Agents require to succeed including but not limited to product knowledge, sales and marketing etc.
4. Develop new marketing strategies and generate new leads to ensure business continuity.
5. Monitor and drive individual team performance through improved performance of each Agent to maximize agent performance and work on their retention.
6. Lead Agents during activation sessions on various sites and locations in a bid to market the products and obtain sales prospects.
7. Prepare reports for the Credit Administrator Officer on performance of Agents in their teams against set KPIs.
8. Be able to recruit, maintain, motivate, manage, guide and direct the team to reach its performance.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

1. One will be able to earn between Kshs. 25,000 to 250,000+ per month.
2. Sales commissions on sales made and on all complaint loans at the end on every month.
3. Individual and Team commissions
4. AR commission based on loan book portfolio.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

1. Must have knowledge of the Banking Industry, Financial Services & Insurance
2. Experience of 2-3 years.
3. Must have excellent communication skills and strong emotional intelligence.
