Insurance Sales Representative at Jubilee Insurance

Role Description

• The Insurance Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi CBD. This position is responsible for identifying and approaching prospective clients, explaining insurance products and benefits, and recommending solutions that align with client needs and budgets.
• Daily activities include conducting sales meetings, preparing and delivering proposals, handling policy applications, and supporting clients with renewals and coverage changes.
• The representative will maintain accurate records in the company’s systems, coordinate with underwriting and claims teams, and follow up on leads to meet and exceed sales targets.
• The role also involves providing responsive customer service, educating clients on insurance options, and complying with all regulatory and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of Insurance products and Insurance practices, including policy structures and basic risk concepts.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven on-site environment.
• Basic proficiency in office software.
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or related sales roles is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred.
