Job Summary
The Overall responsibility for this position will be understanding the needs of new and existing clients from a technical perspective to ensure compliance with customer requirements. The Technical Pre-Sales will also participate in after sale activities to help advance from anticipating customer needs to predicting them with great precision and recommending what the sales force should sell to specific customers.
Reporting Line
This position reports directly to the Business Development Manager
